Dear Esteemed Colleagues and Friends, It gives us immense pleasure to welcome you to the 13th National Conference of the Indian Association of Surgeons for Sleep Apnea (IASSA), to be held from February 12–14, 2027, at the elegant Novotel, Vijayawada.
Vijayawada, a vibrant city on the banks of the Krishna River, offers a rich blend of culture, spirituality, and scenic beauty. Delegates may visit the revered Kanaka Durga Temple, explore the ancient Undavalli Caves, enjoy the panoramic views at Prakasam Barrage, or relax at Bhavani Island.

Move Better. Sleep Better. Live Better.
As our conference theme suggests, the introduction of sports activities for the first time is an integral part of the scientific program in IASSACON 2027.
Regular physical activity is a cornerstone in prevention and management of OSA, improves cardiovascular health, enhances sleep quality, aids weight management, reduces daytime fatigue and promotes overall wellbeing.
By bringing sports into the conference, we hope to inspire participants to embrace the very principles we advocate in clinical practice.
As we exchange scientific knowledge, let us also celebrate the spirit of movement, wellness and collaboration through activities like Yoga, Badminton, Pickle Ball and Cricket.
Take some time beyond the conference to discover the culture, heritage and scenic beauty around Vijayawada.
